I've had delicate things arrive in shattered pieces. Yes, they were
replaced, but it was disappointing. The Loveramics folks developed a
mailing system so effective I use it as storage...the 'chest-like' box
had a slot for each item and the packaging even matches the design on
the tea pot. Top drawer!
This teapot is more beautiful than the picture shows. I used it to
serve tea at a party recently and everyone wanted to know where had I
gotten it? The design is truly beautiful and it does make good tea, and
keeps it hot.
This teapot is well made and is very beautiful. It does have a design
flaw in that the spout should be a little more vertical. When the pot
is full and you pick it up, the tea spills out the spout unless you tilt
it back. But it holds enough tea for breakfast for the whole family
and looks pretty on the table!
The teapot looks great. The main problem is the poor design. The handle is too small and you have to use two hands to pour.
